Teresa loves to tell and illustrate behind-the-scenes stories of farm to table, highlighting the many producers of fine cheese, wine, and traditional fare she has met over the years. Her subjects are shepherds, breeders, gardeners, cheesemakers, grape growers, bread makers and local chefs.
