  • 13 Years In The Sky
    2026/08/19

Thirteen years in the sky and somehow I still love these people.

In this episode, I’m sharing what being a flight attendant is really like for me. We’re talking early-morning flights, turbulence, questionable hotel rooms, passengers tapping the plane for good luck, why I’m saving my rotator cuffs for retirement, and why Miami and I have agreed to see other people.

But between the laughs, this job has taught me a lot about gratitude, perspective, human connection, and learning to appreciate the life I get to live. You never know why somebody is traveling, what they’re carrying, or how one small interaction can change their day.

And after 13 years, this is one thing I know for sure:

“Be mindful of how you treat others, because you never know who was sent to you for you to be kind to.”

So buckle up. I’ve got stories, opinions, a no-fly list, and a whole lot of gratitude for the journey.

In this episode, I’m talking about forgiveness—what it means to forgive yourself, release old pain, and stop carrying things that no longer serve you.

I open up about people-pleasing, self-doubt, healing, and learning that real peace comes when you stop trying to control others and start giving yourself the love, grace, and validation you’ve been looking for outside of you.

If you’ve been holding on to hurt, guilt, resentment, or old stories, this episode is your reminder: you deserve to let it go and live fully.

  • Keep Showing Up
    2026/04/01

When the journey gets hard, it can feel easier to shrink, pause or question everything. In this episode, I'm reminding you-and myself-that the most powerful thing you can do is keep showing up.

Life changes. People change. Plans shift. But your journey? That's yours.

I talk about what it really looks like to stay committed to yourself even when it's uncomfortable, uncertain, or lonely. This is your reminder that growth isn't always pretty--but it's always worth it.

If you've been feeling like giving up, this episode is your sign to keep going.

    Keep choosing you.

  • Laying Down Judgement
    2026/02/18

In this episode, I’m opening up about something many of us carry quietly: the fear of judgment. I share how that fear has shaped how I move through the world—and how it can quietly turn into judging others, not from cruelty, but from protection, conditioning, and unhealed parts of ourselves.

This conversation is a reminder (for me and maybe for you too) that it’s not my job to judge—it’s my job to love, to witness, to choose understanding over assumption, and to keep growing.

If you’ve ever felt afraid of being seen, misunderstood, or silently critical of yourself or others, this episode is for you.

Come sit with me. No judgment. Just truth, growth, and love.

  • Where Guilt Ends, Growth Begins
    2025/12/31

I'm learning to stop replaying what happened and start paying attention to what the moment was trying to teach me. Guilt doesn't grow you. Shame doesn't change you. But awareness? That's where life shifts.

In this episode, I'm talking about how trying to avoid disappointment made me do everything alone, how my patterns kept showing up in costumes, and why letting go of the story-but keeping the lesson-has been real freedom.

Life is practice. And the more honest you are with yourself, the better you get at living it.

    Tune in.

  • Unraveling, Remembering, Rebuilding
    2025/12/17

In this episode, I’m opening up about where I’ve been and what I’ve been learning as I find my way back to myself. These past few months have pushed me to slow down, face my truth, and recognize how easily negative self-talk can turn into depression when I’m not grounded in who I am.

I’m sharing the moment I realized I’d stopped noticing me, and how gratitude, stillness, and honesty helped me reconnect. This season has reminded me that knowing yourself is a kind of freedom — and loving yourself on purpose is the foundation of everything.

If you’ve ever felt lost, disconnected, or like you were running on empty while pretending to be full… this one’s for you. We’re talking self-awareness, healing, accountability, and the softness that comes when you finally give yourself permission to come home to you.

Pull up a chair and let’s get into it.
