  • The Consequences of Actions or Inactions
    2025/10/08

Originally recorded in June 2025 for YouTube. We all bear the consequences of our actions, and it's not for others to suffer the burden of our decisions or lack of decisions. The life we live is a reflection of the choices we make, and unless we learn from our experiences, patterns will likely repeat with similar results. Breaking the chains of the past takes courage and persistence. After all, substantial change rarely happens quickly; rather, it is fine, intricate improvements over time that breed a new life, perspective, and reflection of self.

Ultimately, life mirrors who we are on the inside, so when we love ourselves enough to leave toxic tendencies and people, we eventually connect with better quality experiences. However, neglecting ourselves only attracts people and situations seeking to harm and devalue us. The choice is always ours, and it's wise to invest in ourselves rather than waste potential by living a life we didn't need or want.

  • The Life of a Hermit: Living In Our Own World
    2025/10/01

So much pressure exists within society to behave and be a certain way, which removes our individuality and our ability to grow and even heal from situations. Societal norms aren't necessarily positive; they are just expected to be considered normal. However, living a slightly different existence is liberating and empowering. Therefore, we shouldn't feel shamed for being different but rather empowered and proud for being ourselves in a world where most people mimic others.

  • Flirting Gone Wrong! Overlooking Romantic Signs and Intentions
    2025/09/24

Whilst dating may come easy to some people, especially prolific daters 'players', those who aren't as experienced often miss flirtatious signs and indications of romantic and intimate intentions, which can prematurely end a connection. However, by being patient and communicative, connections can blossom into rich and fulfilling relationships.

We need to move away from the expectation that everyone needs to be perfect because people are dismissed far too early for easily remedied things if only we were mature enough to communicate rather than judge.

  • Evolution of Influencers and People's Fascination with Fame and Celebrity Culture
    2025/09/17

Trends come and go, and obsessions fade. Social media often gives influencers and creatives a false sense of stability. As people's interests change, many struggle to keep up by evolving. Instead, they latch onto whatever they can to maintain their status and similar quality of life. However, everything comes to an end sometimes, and many social media gains are short-lived, with an ever-revolving door of new waves of influencers replacing the previous ones. I can see people's interests shifting significantly towards investing in themselves rather than in ungrateful, self-righteous, and famous fakes. Eventually, people will recognise that watching and investing in others' success at the expense of their own only furthers their misery and stagnation. By shifting their focus onto themselves, they can uplift their lives and have the positive experiences that others boastfully flaunt to them.

  • Imbalance of Justice in Divorce and Family Court Proceedings
    2025/09/10

Whilst it is not ideal to stereotype or target specific genders, regarding separation through divorce and/or family court proceedings, women (mothers) tend to get favoured over men (fathers). Men are then exploited emotionally and financially for the other's personal gratification and demands of continuing to support their lifestyles financially. The discrepancy between fair and reasonable compared to the abuse of power which exists is disproportionate and unfair on men, often losing nearly everything and living a limited lifestyle compared to the privileges the other drains them for.

  • Reckless Judgement | Accusations and Slander Have Consequences
    2025/08/27

Gender bias and previous experiences, even if similar, shouldn't be used to form judgements of others. By stereotyping people, we risk falsely judging innocent people as guilty, and not only is that reckless and life-changing for those involved, but it is also legally dangerous. By 'falsely' attacking someone's character or business, they can sue for slander through defamation. It's okay to form opinions, but final judgements should require evidence and a legal process. Most people's lives are their own business, and whether or not we form an opinion, it may not even be our business to be involved. A legal process exists for a reason, and I suggest adhering to it; otherwise, you risk the consequences. It's wise to use intelligence and dumb to react purely out of emotion.

  • We're Often Doing Better Than We Realise
    2025/08/20

Many people struggle to pay their bills and cope with debts and commitments. But, reflecting on statistics can provide a better understanding of how we're doing relative to the average person. For some, their immediate circumstances may be challenging but not as dire as they seem. Finances can be poor in one moment and improve in the next. It's easy to notice current issues, but considering debts and other matters, overall circumstances may not be as dire as they initially seemed.
