She explained why it's good to cry sometimes and what you can do in your day to help you on the right path.

Miriam is a leading health and wellness figure in Ireland and a founder of Soul Space with her husband Gerry, but she's had to step back and turn down huge opportunities in order to focus on her own priorities and her family.
