Social media will have you believing that you can't trust anyone. I refuse to believe that.

WHERE ARE YOUR PEOPLE?

I hear you complaining a lot about how messed up everyone treats you except for yourself.

What about you? When are you going to take accountability for what you allow?

We all like to think we are special, but when you truly study someone's character you will quickly realize that they will treat you exactly how they treat everyone else, be it good or bad.So, if you ever been around someone that talks about someone as soon as they get up from the table or tells all of their business when they're upset with them, please believe you're next if you're not on the menu already.Don't let that go over your head.

Be good to yourself. There’s no guarantee anyone else will.Protect your peace, honor your needs, and treat yourself with the same care you give everybody else.

I don't think healing makes you mean, I just think it makes you mean what you say.

Let's talk about it nicely.

Some people will spend a lifetime on healing and deeply focused on self-improvement that they forget to live in the present.
Don't let that go over your head.
