  • Ghosting: "Maybe He Died"
    2025/10/23

In this week’s continuation of our spooky October series, we’re sitting face to face with the ghosts that haunt our hearts. We each share unsettling stories of times we were ghosted — not after one date, but by people we genuinely knew, trusted, and cared about.

We keep it light, but we also get real about the long-term hurt, confusion, and self-blame ghosting can leave behind. From confronting the never-ending “why?” to finding closure within ourselves, we open up about how we’ve learned to navigate the silence.

Plus, we dip into the psychology of ghosting — what we've learned about why people disappear, and why understanding it doesn’t always make it hurt less.

Grab your Ouija boards — this one’s sure to conjure up some feelings. 👻

  • Haunted By The Past: "Get Her a Shot of Tequila"
    2025/10/16

In honor of our spooky October series, we’re diving into the scariest topic of all — our past selves. This week, we’re running it back through the funny, embarrassing stories that make us cringe when they resurface. But as the conversation deepens, we open up about the ways our past still haunts us — from teachers and mentors whose words stuck, to deeper traumas that continue to shape how we move through the world.

In our most vulnerable episode yet, we reflect on how healing and growth allow us to look back, learn, and ultimately break those cycles — now that we’re the ones showing up as mentors, teachers, and caretakers for the next generation.

It’s raw, emotional, and a reminder that sometimes the ghosts of our past are really just lessons in disguise, guiding us toward a better future.

  • How to Be Single: "Not Dating Just to Date"
    2025/09/25

Take it from two women who’ve spent most of their 20s solo—we’ve learned a thing or two about being single. In this episode, we share the five biggest lessons we've gained from navigating our formative adult years on our own- and why it's not as scary (or boring) as people make it out to be.

We dive into the importance of dating with intention, recognizing the difference between seeking genuine connection vs. filling a void, and why learning to enjoy your own company can make it easier to attract someone who truly aligns with you in the long run.

  • Planting Seeds: "Tending to Your Garden of Life"
    2025/09/11

Planting seeds - AKA, investing in your future.

Similarly to a real garden, you must tend to the seeds you plant in order for them to flourish. Though planting the seeds of life is exciting, it can also feel frustrating and anxiety-inducing because there are often no immediate results.

In this week's episode, we will be discussing the importance of helping your future self through building a life that you love. Sometimes, you have to start small in order to turn your lemons into lemonade (or a limoncello spritz). Whether it's career, love life, friendship, or your overall well being, there are seeds to be planted in all aspects of our lives, and we are here to grow alongside you.

    Plant! Those! Seeds!

  • Real Self-Care: "Our Brains Want to Self-Destruct"
    2025/09/04

When we hear “self-care,” it’s easy to picture spa days or beach vacations. But real self-care is far less glamorous — and far more powerful. It’s the daily practice of showing up for yourself in the small, often difficult ways: getting out of bed when you’d rather hit snooze, fueling your body with nourishing foods, moving with intention, and knowing when to step away from the noise.

In this week’s episode, we explore how true self-care lives in the balance of discipline and softness. We dive into the raw work of healing — processing emotions instead of avoiding them, practicing gratitude, detaching from unhelpful thoughts, and recognizing when our brains are holding us back in the name of protection. It’s gritty, it’s hard, and it’s often messy — but on the other side is a stronger, wiser, more aligned, and more joyful version of you.
