Two persons have been denied bail by the Buipe district magistrate court presided over by his Lordship Livingston Lartey Yao Ameevor over the lynching of a young man accused of stealing shea-nuts in Daboya in the North Gonja district of the Savannah Region. The accused Adjei Abdulai a final year student of the Savannah College of education and Issah Mahama a 22year old have been remanded into police custody to reappear on 21-09-26, after their lawyer pleaded for bail and was denied. However, the two accused persons could not hold their tears after they were denied the bail.
