What if the goosebumps are the message?

Not a reaction to the message.

Not a fluke.

But the actual message.

In this episode, Dr. Nic reveals one of the most overlooked and biggest secrets about Divine Guidance:

The moment you get GOOSEBUMPS is the moment your system receives a download of pure truth.

Before you can explain it.

Before you can rationalize it.

Before your conscious mind has time to catch up.

That sudden wave of goosebumps can mark a moment of recognition — a flash of knowing that arrives without an argument, explanation, or logical trail.

The goosebumps are the signal that tells you - you've just encountered truth.

Dr. Nic breaks down what decades of studying intuition, signs, dreams, and human behavior reveal — and why learning to recognize these moments can fundamentally change the way you make decisions.

TAKEAWAYS

• Goosebumps can be the moment of the divine download.

• The goosebump moment is the knowing moment. It arrives before explanation, analysis, or conscious understanding.

• Your system recognizes something before your mind can articulate it.

• Pure knowing doesn't always arrive as a thought. Sometimes it arrives as a physical signal.

• The mind wants an explanation. The body may already have the answer.

• That sudden “something just hit me” experience matters. It can be the instant your internal guidance system gets your attention.

• You can talk yourself out of a download if you aren't paying attention. The analysis often comes after the signal — and can bury it.

• Not every physical reaction means the same thing. Learning the difference between ordinary emotional reactions and moments of intuitive recognition is critical.

• The body is constantly communicating. The skill is learning to decode what your signals mean.

• External validation can drown out internal knowing.

🔑 TAKEAWAYS

The 4-Week Equinox Window is Open: The two weeks before and after the Fall Equinox create a high-frequency portal where your upcoming quarter (October, November, December) is actively previewed through dreams and daytime signs.

We Live in an Interactive Universe: Reality is alive and constantly responding to you. What looks like a random coincidence—a broken tool, a strange conversation, or a vivid dream—is actually a live feedback loop.

"Reading the Fabric" Demands Personal Decoding: Forget standard symbol dictionaries. Decoding signs requires isolating the raw event, running an instant word association, checking your internal context, and connecting the dot to reach instant Knowingness.

Divine Guidance is on Autopilot 24/7: Whether you actively ask for direction or wander around completely oblivious, your internal guidance system is constantly informing, redirecting, or forewarning you.

Precision Over Prediction: You don't need another outside tool or random sign—you need to know how to decode the innate equipment you were born with so life stops repeating and starts revealing.

Are you using astrology as an insightful mirror—or is it a cosmic crutch?

In this episode of Trust Your Gut, Save Your Ass, Prof. Mike breaks down the fine line between helpful reflection and a trap.

When you wait for planetary permission to make a life move, you aren't just reading a transit report—you're outsourcing your intuition.

This conversation is a direct wake-up call to reclaim your sovereignty, stop letting anxiety drive you to external validation, and start trusting the precision guidance system you already carry inside.

TAKEAWAYS

• The Astrology Trap: Why using birth charts or transit reports for curiosity is fine but using them to make decisions silences your inner voice.

• The Psychology of External Authority: How uncertainty drives us to look for systems that promise predictability—and why blaming Mercury retrograde just creates a buffer against personal responsibility.

• Off-the-Rack vs. Custom Fit: Why broad astrological generalizations are like off-the-rack suits, while your direct intuition provides a custom-tailored response to your exact moment.

• Cutting Through Cosmic Noise: How the endless flood of screen alerts, notifications, and social pressure drowns out your clear, gut-level knowing.

• The Reclaim-Your-Sovereignty Protocol: A straightforward process to catch yourself when you're searching for reassurance, tune back into your gut, and take decisive action.

• Building the Muscle of Self-Trust: Why confidence doesn't come from asking the universe for permission, but from taking small, bold actions backed by internal clarity.
