And if you’ve been with me for a while, you may remember this podcast as "Amiga Rise Up." That season was such an important part of my journey, and many of the conversations we shared are still very much connected to the work I’m doing today.

But as I’ve grown and gained greater clarity around the work I feel called to do, I knew it was time for the podcast to grow with me.

Amiga Rise Up is NOW the Women’s Leadership Lounge.

This new chapter reflects my decision to pivot more intentionally toward serving women leaders, the women who are leading teams, organizations, businesses, ministries, families, and communities, while often carrying more behind the scenes than anyone realizes.

You’ll still find some of the original Amiga Rise Up episodes here because leadership isn’t only about what happens in the workplace. It’s also about who we are becoming, how we navigate life, how we communicate, how we care for ourselves, and how we show up for the people we’ve been called to lead.

So while the name has changed, so much of the heart behind these conversations remains.
