Flash takes us through his journey as a rapper, artist, and theme song creator, including the story behind creating the official entrance theme for AEW's Swerve Strickland and what it's been like performing it at massive wrestling events around the world — including Wembley Stadium.

We get into his life on the road with AEW, performing alongside and building relationships with artists like Flatbush Zombies and his longtime friend Westside Gunn, and some of the wild stories he's collected traveling around the world through music and wrestling.

Of course, we also talk sneakers, fashion, and where the name Flash Garments comes from, along with his love for clothing and culture.

There were so many stories that we had to split this conversation into two episodes.
