概要

In this episode I was excited to be chatting with the wonderful Luke Chiswell, International Marketing Manager at Believe. It’s always such a joy to chat with Luke, not only is he great energy but he’s always open to new ways of growing and developing to be better at what he does and what he can offer. In his current role Luke leads global campaigns for UK artists across Europe, the US and APAC at Believe, but began his career as an intern at Universal Music before moving into international marketing at Warner working on priority frontline campaigns. Now at Believe, Luke adapts strategy across different territories to maximise global impact. We discussed so many things, including how to best show up every day, navigating unexpected (and unplanned) changes at work, the importance of adaptability, and making micro-movements for your career development. It was SO good to chat with Luke in this episode, I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as we did, whether you’re just starting out or already well on your music business career path :)

In each episode, we make a donation to a cause our guest cares about, Luke picked Mind. Through their helplines, resources, and their network of local Minds, they provide life-saving information, support, and advice. They campaign to improve services, challenge stigma, and make mental health a priority.
