I am thrilled to be joined by three ultramarathon athletes. Andrew Meisler has completed 45 Trail Ultras, including multiple 50Ks & 50-milers, 4 100Ks, and 3 100-milers. Don Muchow, joining us once more, is a legend who has self-imposed runs across states such as Texas as well as the entire country, from ocean to ocean. Chris Roome is a younger ultra-runner who has completed multiple 50Ks and a 50-miler. At the time of recording, I was personally training for my first 50K, and since then, I have successfully completed my 50K race and am actively training for an upcoming 50-miler. Between the four of us, we span decades and generations of ultra-athlete experiences.
