Maria says: I've been working in yacht management for over ten years.I didn't end up in this sector by chance: I got into it firsthand, working on complex projects alongside structured shipowners, family offices, and advisors who manage highly operationally intensive assets.

My journey began in 2013, at a Swiss firm specializing in UHNW assets. It was there that I learned to navigate compliance, tight deadlines, and incredibly high expectations.One of my first assignments was a reflagging operation on a 105-foot Benetti: the yacht had to be converted from a UK-flagged vessel to a Maltese commercial registration—with no margin for error.

That project taught me that, in this profession, you can't improvise: every detail must be understood, managed, and anticipated. Since then, I've assisted dozens of owners, shipyards, and family offices in managing their superyachts. Today, I work exclusively for clients based (or with interests) in Switzerland—and beyond.
