Surviving x Zo is a platform for survivors and advocates to share their stories and provide education to break stigmas and taboos surrounding mental health.

Through empathetic and transformational interviews, Zo speaks with survivors and experts about the kinds of topics no one ever talks about—abuse, religious cults, near-death experiences, domestic violence, narcissism, relationships, chronic health issues, and soul-level moments.

Zo creates a safe, compassionate space for everyday survivors alongside educators, therapists, relationship coaches, healers, crime experts, and other professionals. The mission is simple: to empower, motivate, and foster universal compassion.

Whether Zo is asking guests about trauma or wellness, her goal is always the same—to amplify voices and inspire listeners to expand their knowledge, mindset, and souls.

Our guest today, Jodi Pavlock, is an author, certified Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Coach, whose life took an unexpected turn after years in a covert narcissistic relationship that slowly stripped away her sense of self.
