Surrounded, Not Defeated: What to Do When You Feel Surrounded | Luke Simpson | Revelation Church STL

Ever felt surrounded by loss, loneliness, anxiety, or a problem with no way out? Elisha's servant woke up to an army surrounding the city, but the prophet prayed one prayer: "Lord, open his eyes so that he may see."

In this message from 2 Kings 6 and Ephesians 1, we look at the difference between what you can see and what is actually real. The enemy never sells you the cage, he sells you the cheese, but no weapon formed against you will prosper. We look at why too many Christians surrender to an enemy that is already defeated, why praying timid, safe prayers is not the same as faith, and how "fake piety" keeps us from asking the God of the impossible to do the impossible. Discover what it looks like to stop staring at the size of your problems and start seeing the size of your God, because there is more with you than there is with them.
