  • S3 EP2: Empowering Women of Colour: A Conversation on Resilience, Faith, and Family Balancing
    2024/03/19

    Hey Superstars!! 🦸🏽‍♀️

In this episode of the SuperWomenCan podcast, host Samantha Lubanzu and guest LaTonia Monroe Naylor discuss the challenges and triumphs of professional women of colour.

LaTonia, a mother of four and author from Springfield, Massachusetts, shares her personal story of resilience after surviving gun violence and her strategies for success, including prioritising self-care and family.

LaTonia emphasises the importance of work-life balance, structured family meetings, and involving children in the professional world. The episode ends with LaTonia directing listeners to her website and social media for further insights and resources.

    💜LaTonia Monroe Naylor💜

LaTonia Monroe Naylor was born in Springfield, MA. As the daughter of a military man, she was educated in school districts across the world, eventually graduating from Springfield Central High School. Prior to receiving a Master of Science in Non-profit Management and Philanthropy and Certificate of Board Governance and Volunteerism from Bay Path College in 2012, LaTonia received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Our Lady of the Elms College in 2003. She received certification through the Springfield Leadership Institute and eventually added to her leadership capacity as a participant of Leadership Pioneer Valley's class of 2016.

LaTonia started her career in the for-profit sector, but inevitably moved into the public sector due to her passion for helping people, derived from a tragic injury she suffered at the tender age of 16. This passion has driven her to co-found two non-profit organisations; (2018) Parent Villages Inc., and (2006) VITAL Center, Inc., and advise several non-profit start-ups, sole-proprietorships, and small businesses. She has managed multi-million-dollar programs, grants, and grant funding. She is a certified facilitator, experienced trainer, public speaker, and an adjunct professor at Springfield College and Worcester State University.

LaTonia founded Monroe Naylor Consulting in March 2022. Prior to this, Ms. Naylor provided her services for nominal fees or pro-bono as an independent contractor since approximately 2008. At that time, she trained as a tax professional through the VITA program and eventually graduated from Bay Path University with her non-profit management graduate degree.

LaTonia continues to volunteer her time as a mentor to youth and young adults, actively in her church and community, establishing initiatives such as computer learning centers, youth summer programs, and other projects.

LaTonia is married to the love of her life, Pastor Mah'dee Naylor, Sr., and is the proud mother of their four beautiful children, who currently attend Springfield Public Schools. Motivated by her children, Mrs. Naylor campaigned for and was elected as an at-large member of the Springfield School Committee in 2017 and is now currently serving her second term. Her studious and passionate determination to advocate on behalf of the students of Springfield was the basis of her advocating for universal preschool, art and music in all schools, equitable access to college and vocational training, staff diversity and equity, and leading the charge for crossing guard appreciation and increased safety.

LaTonia's work has expanded her reach and visibility, enabling her to be nominated to Vice-chair of the MASC (Mass Association of School Committees) Division 10: Diversity, Inclusive, Equity Committee, an appointee by the Commissioner of Education to DESE's RIAC (Racial Imbalance Advisory Council), and on the boards of Leadership Pioneer Valley and the Young Scholar's Fund. She also sits on educational, policy, and community-driven steering committees for NEPM and various organisations.

  • S3 EP1: The Transformative Power of Intuition: How Victoria Dioh Helps You Fall in Love with Your Life Again
    2024/03/12

    Hey Superstars!! 🦸🏽‍♀️

In this episode of the SuperWomenCan podcast, host Samantha Lubanzu and guest Victoria Dioh discuss the importance of reconnecting with one's intuition to achieve a fulfilling life.

Victoria, a former corporate professional turned healer, shares her journey from logical thinking to embracing her calling as a healer and African oracle. She emphasises the significance of listening to one's inner voice and overcoming fear to manifest the life one desires.

Victoria's approach involves a blend of intuition and logic to help successful women, and men, who feel something is missing despite their achievements. Her story of transformation and the methods she uses to guide others in finding joy and purpose in their lives are the central themes of this engaging conversation.

    💜Victoria Dioh💜

Victoria Dioh is a healer. Sponsored by 3 of the 8 Masters of Pranic Healing including Tony Robbins’ healer Master Stephen Co. Anointed as an African Oracle (healer and seer) under the mountains and in the jungles of Cameroon, West Africa.

Victoria uses her H.E.A.L. method to create Life Design strategies for ambitious executives, leading into happiness by treating their mental and physical ailments.

Most of her clients are female executives who are fed up with feeling fed up, stuck, and have lost their sense of motivation. With Victoria’s magical touch using food, words and energy, they manifest the recipe of their lives and fall in love with themselves, their lives and their businesses again.

A seasoned food manufacturer Victoria previously owned food brand Vic’s Kitchen and still intuitively cooks healing food for retreats. Cooking is her genius whilst healing is her gift. Victoria has also cooked for celebrities and high-profile leaders.

She cooks up a blend of ingredients such as manifestation techniques, meditations, energy (prana) healings, food and talks helping you to create and embody a spiritual and logical mindset shift that empowers you to enhance and embody your purpose.

In a previous life, Victoria spent over 20 years in the corporate world, heading some of the UK’s and global largest and controversial initiatives such as The Olympics 2012, and Members of Parliament Expenses, she even pioneered the award-winning Equality and Diversity Programme for Transport for London (TfL).

After a successful and award-winning global career Victoria’s life came to a sudden halt that led her to lose everything financially to the point of near homelessness.

After ignoring her purpose and gift for years, she eventually surrendered to her calling to heal the world one person at a time. Victoria strongly believes her embodiment of her calling is a matter of life or death.

She has spoken for audiences in Africa, for companies such as Unilever, TfL and for other personal development events including Tony Robbins and Bee Inspired at Manchester United Old Trafford.

When in Africa she is the spiritual healing consultant for local Doctors and their patients. She has helped clients overcome addictions as well as physical and mental situations.

One of Victoria's most renowned cases was remotely healing a young man who was detained indefinitely in a psychiatric unit, which led to early release after 2 weeks of healing.

To date Victoria is the first and only spiritual coach for Lisa Johnson’s paid group You Can Sit With Us, she is in her second year of service.

One of her other beliefs is that your purpose finds you years before you claim it.
