In this special Harvest Thanksgiving message, we take a break from our ROOTED series to pause, look around and remember the goodness of God.

It’s easy to become so accustomed to what we have that we forget where it comes from. Psalm 65 reminds us that behind creation is a Creator, behind provision is a Provider, and behind the harvest is the God who gives.

In Deuteronomy 8, Moses warns God's people not to forget God when life is good and they have plenty. The challenge is to remember that everything we have is ultimately a gift.

And when we recognise the generosity of God, gratitude naturally leads us towards generosity.

Because the greatest gift God has given us isn't simply what we have around us — it is Jesus.

So this Harvest, the invitation is simple: remember the God who gives, give thanks for his goodness, and allow his generosity to shape the way we live.

📖 Key Text: Psalm 65; Deuteronomy 8:7–18 🌾 Theme: Gratitude, remembrance and generosity 🎧 Takeaway: The gifts are good, but the Giver is better.
