  • EP10: Well, We Didn’t See That Coming
    2026/10/02

This month around the table, we’re covering everything from questionable White House arcade games and food recalls to mysterious music boxes, bathroom mishaps, Julep drama, and a few beloved icons we had to say goodbye to.

But the biggest update comes from Mom. What started as some strange changes in her vision quickly turned into multiple doctors, multiple diagnoses, ER visits, and a health scare none of us saw coming. Tune in to hear what’s been going on with Mom’s health. It’s a story you’ll definitely want to see... er... hear.

Plus, we’re sharing what we’re reading and watching, debating the things nobody asked us to debate, and delivering the usual dose of sibling arguments, family tangents, and information that probably should have stayed at the dinner table.

  • EP9: Shoes, Spirits & Family Receipts
    2026/09/04

What starts as another Sunday around the table quickly goes in about twelve different directions, because apparently staying on topic has never been this family’s strong suit.

This episode, we catch up on the little visitor who’s taken up residence near the front door, wonder whether we’re ready for a MySpace comeback, and talk about how technology is changing everything from social media to shopping and even the way your food gets delivered at a restaurant.

    Then, naturally, things get personal.

A conversation about shoes turns into a full-blown family investigation when we ask a seemingly simple question: Do you wear shoes in the house? Anthony is firmly Team Shoes Off, Kelly insists she is too… but unfortunately for Kelly, Anthony has cameras. And receipts. 📸👟

We also catch up on what everyone has been doing, including rock painting for the socialization, an unexpectedly complicated homemade Toy Story tutu, upcoming family adventures, and the usual sibling commentary that somehow accompanies all of it.

And then things get a little spooky. 👻

After Anthony and Mom hear a mysterious whistle in the house that neither of them can explain, the family starts sharing some of the strange things they’ve seen, heard, and felt over the years. Shadows, knocking, that feeling that someone is standing just out of sight… coincidence, technology, imagination, or something else entirely?

We may not agree on what’s causing it, but we definitely have some stories.

  • EP8: Lettuce Laugh About It
    2026/08/07

This month, the family wastes absolutely no time diving into a conversation that somehow starts with the Taco Bell lettuce recall... and only gets more chaotic from there.

Around the table, we debate food safety, government oversight, and the challenges of protecting public health before shifting into conversations about politics, LGBTQ+ rights, and how leaders balance personal beliefs with public responsibility. Along the way, we swap stories about family quirks (including the great room-temperature butter debate), celebrate the Fourth of July, share what we've been watching and reading, discuss whether self-checkout should come with a discount, and somehow end up talking about sneaky octopuses.

As always, it's a mix of laughter, thoughtful conversation, sibling banter, and the kind of tangents that only happen around a family dinner table.

Pull up a chair. Dinner's ready.
