Forgiveness is one of the hardest commands Jesus gives us, but because it's so important we  can rush forgiveness or be disingenuous in the process. Gen Z is the best generation at talking about their mental health, but as a society and especially a church, we have long way to go. Special guest, Matt Collins, joins us to talk about the brokenness of mental health we all feel to a degree and how we can experience God in the middle of our toughest mental health challenges! Matt grew up skating the mean streets of Tracy with Josh, is now a Behavioral Psychologist in Southern California, and leads his own ministry called Healer Skate! Check them out on IG @healerskate.
