In this episode we discuss the growing mental health crisis that leads to suicide. This sensitive topic is approach in a unique way to help those who struggle with the thoughts of suicide to no longer feel alone as well as to help the loved ones who knows/knew someone suffering from this. To hopeful bring comfort but most importantly give some tools to fight this debilitating disease. This week we have two poems that show both sides of the issue, a new challenge and guided meditation, special guest Emily Mizon and a new Hey You Guys! segment. This episode was released on Wednesday February 2, 2022 in honor of my son Seth Maurice Gardner who lost his fight against cancer on this day in 2011. He was 4yrs old.
