At GoJo's Norway retreat, Matsson opens acquisition talks with a $187-per-share offer that includes a demand to fold ATN back into the deal — a network Logan had personally carved out. Kendall and Roman, still raw from their father's death, decide to kill the acquisition entirely and leak bad vibes to the press to make Matsson walk. Their plan collapses at the summit meeting when Roman breaks down and tips their hand. Matsson responds by going around the brothers directly to the board with a revised offer of $192 per share, which the executive team immediately accepts. Meanwhile, Shiv quietly becomes Matsson's inside ally after he confides a damaging personal secret — and neither of her brothers told her any of this was happening.
