  • Why even confident women hold themselves back. The self doubt nobody talks about.
    2026/04/22

In this episode, I take a look at one of the most misunderstood experiences of ambitious women: the self-doubt that hides beneath a capable, accomplished exterior.

Not the loud, obvious fear of failure but the subtle, insidious version.

The one that makes you hesitate before sending the email, that has you second guessing a decision you already know the answer to, the voice that whispers “not yet” when everythingelse in your life says you’re more than ready.

I share share my own experience of this, being qualified, ambitious and yet somehow still holding back.

Confidence isn’t just a mindset. It’s something you can build, embody and express. Your personal style is one of the most powerful tools you have to do exactly that.

If you’ve been waiting to feelready, this episode is your sign that the waiting ends here.

  • From Clarity to Confidence: Taking Action That Actually Feels Good
    2026/04/16

Spring is well and truly here. As the natural world around us renews the excitement of new possibilities in our lives meets the reality of actually making things happen.

This is where the gap appears, the gap between intentionand action, knowing what you want and actually doing something about it and between the clarity of your big, ambitious dreams and the confidence totake the bold action you need to, in order to realise those goals.

In this episode, I'm exploring how to bridge that gap in away that actually feels good, not forced, not uncomfortable (well, not too much), but genuinely aligned to you and your values.

I share honest reflections from my own journey ofbuilding a business, including the fear-driven action I took when I first started and what I wish I'd known then. I talk about the fundamental difference between taking action from fear and taking action from confidence, and why the quality of your actions matters so much more than the quantity.

This is for the ambitious woman who's full of ideas butfeels overwhelmed by the endless list of things she "should" be doing, the woman who's struggling with comparison and feeling behind and for the woman who's ready to move from clarity to confidence through aligned actionthat actually creates sustainable momentum.

Building a business is hard but it doesn't have to feeldepleting.

You don't need to take massive action to create meaningfulmomentum. You just need to take aligned action. Consistently. With presence and from confidence.

    2026/04/02

Wardrobe full of clothes but nothing to wear?

Do you stand in front of your full wardrobe looking at a sea of clothes but nothing feels right, nothing feels like you?

This is because you are surrounded by clothes that represent versions of you that you've already outgrown.

There is no space for who you are becoming.

Growth is not just about adding more, it is also about letting go of what has been, in order to create space.

In this episode I explore what it means to create space when your old identity no longer fits, why this is so difficult and how to do it with intention and grace.

This is for the woman who knows she has outgrown who she was but isn't sure how to let go and move forwards. For the woman who is ready to create space for who she's becoming.

    Discover:

    • Signs that your old identity no longer fits
    • Four key areas where space needs to be created
    • 5 step process for creating space in one area of your life this week.

You can't become the next version of yourself whilst still clinging on to the previous version.

You have to create space, let go and release what no longer fits in order to make room for what is emerging.

  • When Your Style Is Out of Alignment With Your Ambition
    2026/03/19

Your ambition has grown, your role has evolved but has your style caught up?

In this episode, I'm exploring what it looks like when your style is out of alignment with your ambition, why this matters and how to recognise and close that gap.

This is for the woman who has grown, evolved and expanded her ambitions but whose wardrobe is still reflecting who she was three, five or even ten years ago. For the woman who knows she's capable but doesn't feel like she looks the part. For the woman who's ready to align her external expression with her new identity and her current ambitions.

    In this episode, you'll discover:

    • Five ways style falls out of alignment with ambition (dressing for your old role, dressing for who you "should" be, hiding behind safe choices and more)

    • Why this misalignment creates both external problems (how you're perceived) and internal problems (how you feel about yourself)

    • Signs your style is out of alignment with your ambition

    • Why this isn't superficial, it's strategic

    • How alignment between style and ambition changes confidence, opportunities and presence

    • A practical five step alignment assessment you can do this week

Your style should support your ambition, not undermine it. It should reflect who you're becoming, not who you used to be.

Mentioned in this episode: My Confidently You digital programme is designed to help you build both the internal confidence and the external expression that supports your ambition.

    2026/03/04

Do you long to be more visible but you don't want to be loud or be someone else?

Leadership presence isn't about being the loudest personin the room, dominating conversations or demanding attention or performing confidence you don't feel.

Leadership presence is something quieter. Something deeper. Something far more powerful.

It's about being remembered without being loud, commanding attention without demanding it, influencing others through your grounded, authentic presence rather than through force or performance.

In this episode, I'm exploring what leadership presence is, why it matters so much for ambitious women and how you can develop it in a way that feels genuinely like you.

This is for the ambitious woman who wants to lead butdoesn't want to compromise her authentic style.

For the woman who knows she's capable but struggles with visibility.

For the woman who's ready to beremembered for the right reasons.

    In this episode, you'll discover:

    • You don't need to be loud to be a leader.
    • You don't need to dominate to have influence.
    • You don't need to perform to have presence.

You just need to be grounded, authentic and fully yourself.

Which is so much more powerful than any performance could ever be.

  • 51. From Capable to Confident: why Competence Alone Isn't Enough In 2026
    2026/02/25

'I'm good at what I do. I'm capable, but I'm still not being seen and getting the opportunities I deserve'.

If you fell like this, you are not alone and you are not doing anything wrong, just missing a piece.

You can be the most qualified person in the room, have more expertise than anyone else and deliver exceptional work consistently, but if people don't perceive you as confident, if you don't have presence or you're not visible in the right ways, then you competence gets overlooked.

    In this episode:

    • Why competence is the baseline (and what creates opportunities now)
    • Key changes women make when moving from capable to confident
    • How your external expression either undermines or amplifies your competence.
    • A 5 area practical assessment to identify where your gaps are.

This is for every ambitious woman who knows she is capable but struggles to be seen that way.
