You know God put something in you. A message. A service. A story that could change somebody's week, maybe her whole year. But you have watched women with half your track record get found while you stay the best kept secret in your field.

This show is about closing that gap.

I am Theresa Croft, a Visibility Strategist who helps Christian women move from their calling to their story to being found with a message for their ideal audience. Twenty nine years in media. Seventeen in radio. I have spent my career helping voices get heard, and now I do it for the woman who knows she was called to more than a quiet corner.

Every week we talk about what actually moves a woman from stuck to seen. How to find the story thread God has been weaving through your story. How to say it out loud without copying somebody else's playbook. How to connect with the exact client you were built to serve.

Also featuring The Calling Table Sessions, a guest series where Christian women sit down and share the stories that shaped them. Real seasons. Real cost. Real hope for the woman still in it.

If you have a message, a product, or a service that could bring hope and change to the people you serve, pull up a chair.

Some stories are not for scrolling past. This one belongs to Cheryl Killily.

In 2019 she walked into a worship service in Wisconsin and left baptized the same night. She had not planned it. She did not even have dry clothes with her. She just knew she had to go up.

She thought God was about to restore her marriage.

A year later her husband of eighteen years asked for a divorce.

She got angry at God. Then she looked back at that night and understood. The baptism was not a promise about her marriage. It was God getting her ready for what was coming.

What came next was a lot. Her son left for college a thousand miles away and she lived alone for the first time at fifty. God called her to move to St. Louis, and she resisted it. Obeying meant closing the personal training studio she had built and loved.

She went. She did the healing work first. Therapy, journaling, long walks outside where the only voice was God's.

    Then she built something.

Cheryl now leads a Facebook community of around 6,100 women and runs a sixteen week program called The Divorce Recovery Roadmap. She has taken 44 women through it so far. Her framework is called ACT. Acknowledge where you are and stop saying you are fine when you are not. Choose who you are becoming, with God. Today, because you do not need a five year plan. You need the next right step.

In this conversation she talks about the difference between speaking from your scars and bleeding on people from an open wound. She talks about showing up online without the perfect hair and the list of credentials, and why her women lean in harder when she is real. And she shares the question she asks God on the mornings she does not want to get out of bed. Who needs my gifts today.

  • 327-You Are Not Stuck. You Are Committed to a Thought- with Deanna Keith

Some stories are not for scrolling past. This one belongs to Deanna Keith.

Her first memory on this earth is being assaulted at three years old. Her second memory is telling her mother.

The abuse lasted until she was fifteen.

She met her husband Stan forty years ago. He led her to the Lord and he set up the counseling that started her healing. Two weeks after their wedding, at twenty three, she had a stroke. She fell over while they watched the wedding video. She could not speak or open her eyes for seventy two hours.

Inside the MRI machine she asked God one question. If you are here and you hear me, I need to know if I am going to be okay. Her eyes opened long enough to see her father smiling through the waiting room window.

Years later her grandmother died. Deanna told her mother to let the man who hurt her come to the funeral, and she would stay home.

He came. At a family dinner afterward, her mother found him sobbing in the garage. There was water on the floor and she thought the cooler was leaking. It was his tears. She asked if he was crying over his mother. He said no. He was crying over what he did to Deanna.

What happened next is the center of this episode. Deanna's husband got the family in one room. She gave him the gospel. So did her brother. Forgiveness was given.

Reconciliation was not. She is clear that those are two different things.

She also walks through the spiritual abuse she came out of, where a leader used scripture as a way to control people. She names the book that put words to it, and she talks about confronting it and leaving.

Through all of it there is one word. Choose. Her therapist Jodi told her she was not stuck. She was committed to a thought that did not serve her life. Deanna chose something else.

She has been journaling since she was eleven. Tubs of them. Out of that came her book, Choice Maker, which she keeps off Amazon on purpose so she can stay in touch with her readers. She says she wrote it for impact, not commerce.

Her last word in the episode is one to write down. Attach yourself to the decisions God makes for you, not the decisions other people make for you.

  • 326-You Do Not Find Your Story. You Notice It.
    2026/08/28

    Send us Fan Mail

You keep saying you do not have a story. The truth is you have hundreds. You just have not noticed them yet.

In this episode, Theresa Croft sets you free from the idea that your story is buried treasure you have to dig up. Your story is not lost. It is hiding in plain sight, in the ordinary moments you walk right past.

Theresa shares the five-second moment, the tiny beat where something in you shifts, and shows you eight everyday places your stories are already waiting. Your old photos. Your journals. Your text messages. Your Facebook memories. Your prayers from the hard seasons. She opens up her own life to show you how, from the radio booth with her son to a small camper on the land to the day everything changed.

This week, sit with God, pick one of the eight places, and notice the story you might have just walked by. That is your first thread.

If this stirs something in you, come sit in the room at the next Calling Activation Study on September 15. We look at your calling and map the stories your ideal client is waiting to hear. Click the link below
