ZERO CASUALS. NO SAFE TAKES. ALL SMOKE.

Welcome to Strictly Outta Bounds, the podcast where sports, entertainment, gaming, anime, and everyday culture collide, and absolutely nothing is off-limits.

Straight out of Durham, North Carolina, Anthony “Dump33” Mercer and Maurice “Bongo Mo” Powers bring unfiltered opinions, heated debates, hilarious conversations, and the kind of arguments that usually start in the group chat and somehow last three business days.

With Cyncere Lee and CJ Bridges behind the scenes as producers, SOB delivers a mix of genuine basketball knowledge, unapologetic perspectives, competitive energy, and enough personality to turn any conversation into a full-blown debate.

🏀 SPORTS & BASKETBALL

The NBA is our home court, but the conversation doesn't stop there. From breaking down player performances, advanced statistics, trades, rivalries, and championship contenders to questioning media narratives and defending controversial player rankings, we're bringing substance to every argument.

No blind loyalty. No recycled hot takes. If you make a claim, you'd better have something to back it up.

🎮 GAMING & ENTERTAINMENT

From NBA 2K and Madden to the latest releases, gaming controversies, and competitive trash talk, we're covering the culture that keeps controllers in our hands and friendships hanging by a thread.

🔥 ANIME, MOVIES & POP CULTURE

Power scaling debates, legendary characters, questionable storylines, unforgettable moments, and everything happening across entertainment. If there's something worth arguing about, we're probably already arguing about it.

🎤 THE SEGMENTS

• Baseline Intelligence: Breaking down the numbers, trends, and details behind the biggest basketball conversations.
• SOB Top 20: Our ever-evolving rankings of the NBA's best players. Every placement can be challenged.

WHAT MAKES SOB DIFFERENT?

We're not here to agree with each other. We're here to challenge each other.

Different perspectives. Real friendships. Unscripted reactions. Research-backed arguments. And enough humor to remind everybody that sometimes the funniest part of a debate is realizing just how wrong somebody can be.

Whether you're a die-hard basketball fan, a gamer, an anime enthusiast, or somebody who just enjoys entertaining conversations, there's a place for you here.
