A high school baseball program doesn’t turn around by accident and it definitely doesn’t happen just because you post better clips. We sit down with Kyle Parker, head baseball coach at Lincoln Northeast High School in Nebraska, to talk about what actually moves the needle: culture, relationships, and the unglamorous skills that win tight games.

Kyle explains what pulled him back to his alma mater after building success at Waverly, then lays out his first priorities when taking over: growing numbers, developing players, and creating real recruiting access for kids who may not live on the travel ball circuit. We get into how he frames “fit first” for college decisions, why he reaches out to schools proactively, and how to have the hard conversations that save families time and money.
