The Seattle Storm finish 8-36 after a 103-91 loss to the Dallas Wings, highlighted by Dominique Malonga's 29-point, 8-rebound effort. Natisha Hiedeman added 14 assists as seven key players, including Ezi Magbegor and Alanna Smith, sat out with injuries. Jessica Shepard recorded her sixth triple-double with 20 points, 11 rebounds, and 12 assists for Dallas. Hosts analyze the roster battles, the impact of the injury crisis, and draft strategies for 2027.

Dominique Malonga emerged as the primary offensive threat despite limited frontcourt depth. Natisha Hiedeman demonstrated strong playmaking capabilities with 14 assists. The absence of Taina Mair, Zia Cooke, Katie Lou Samuelson, Azzi Fudd, and Costanza Verona exposed significant roster vulnerabilities. Paige Bueckers scored 25 points for the Wings in the season finale.

The discussion covers the strategic necessity of drafting guard depth to complement Malonga. Predictions suggest the Storm could reach 20-25 wins next season if health improves. The episode evaluates whether the team should prioritize veterans or young talent in the upcoming offseason moves.
