Stop Trying to Be Perfect in Your Business (Do THIS Instead)

Perfectionism isn't protecting you—it's prison bars keeping you stuck.

I spent YEARS trying to make everything perfect before launching. Perfect website. Perfect offer. Perfect videos. Perfect lighting.

You know what happened? Nothing. Because perfect is never done.

Here's what I've learned after 14 years in corporate (IBM, Lenovo, Novell) and building 8 businesses:

People don't connect to perfection. They connect to honesty.

They don't want more information (Google exists). They want a GUIDE. Someone real who's been there.

I've done videos in the shower (neck up, don't worry 😂). Jumping in lakes. Driving boats. Fireside chats like this one.

Some of my "imperfect" content got the MOST views and engagement.

Because done is better than perfect. And perfect is never done.

If you're sitting on offers, programs, courses, or content that's 70-90% done but you keep tweaking it... STOP.

Launch it. Get it out there. Get REAL feedback from REAL people.

That's how you build a business that actually serves people (and makes you money) instead of one that lives in your head forever.
