In the next few episodes, we’ll go through the 6 Pillars Of a Thriving Provider. The startup seems like it would be the hard part and everything is smooth sailing after that, but even for someone who’s been doing this work a while and the joy is gone, a pivot may be what is needed.

Quality of care, quality of life for your clients and your staff, that has to be at the core of everything you do. The money will come if we build a profitable business.
