    And then, real life shows up. We're sidelined, distracted, discouraged, and can't even remember our New Year's resolutions!

    In this episode of the StableMinded Podcast, Lisa Pulliam names what many people experience by the second week of January, known as “Quitter’s Day” — the point when New Year’s resolutions lose steam and become a forgotten memory.


    But instead of doubling down on willpower (or starting over with another list of fixes), Lisa offers a gentler, steadier invitation: move from resolution living to intentional living.
