We're back in action! Joey's been overseas, but Sean has been in the thick of both college and NFL football. And it has been full of chaos, as you'd probably expect.

The NFL season is nearly upon us, so we're making some dumb predictions. Learn what ridiculous record Sean thinks the Cowboys will wind up with, hear what mental mistake Joey predicts will happen multiple times before Week 3 kicks off, and so much more.

The Sports R Dumb boys took a weekend trip to Denver and fit in quite a few sports-related activities. We're covering the Rockies starting a win streak thanks to our presence, a preseason Broncos game, visiting Ball Arena (home of the Nuggets and Avalanche), and getting our gaming action on at an arcade, complete with skeeball and pop-a-shot. We're also welcoming back an old segment with a classic sports cliche. What a robust time!

The NFL is BACK, baby! And neither one of us are ready for it. Sean, being the football sicko that he is, has made a classic "Top 5" list of what he's not looking forward to this NFL season, from gambling ads everywhere to instant replay reviews for the dumbest things.

Plus, we're exploring the reboot of King of the Hill, a classic arcade game with heavy product placement, and whether Tom Brady's career would have turned out the way it did if not for the Tuck Rule.

Sean isn't ready for football season quite yet, but he's not letting that stop him from watching the Netflix documentary series Quarterback and Receiver.

When Sean and Joey were kids, there seemed to be no shortage of funky batting stances. Tony Batista. Jeff Bagwell. Craig Counsell. Chuck Knoblauch. Kevin Youkilis. Those seem to largely be a relic of the past. Are we just getting older? Do we simply not care as much? Am I so out of touch? Probably yes to all three.
