Today's episode is very interesting because we had some internet problems. We hear everything we are saying but we had 1 pause and then it just ends. Hopefully we ended on a good note! We did a card pull today, along with some chat about the energy that we are in. The card was amazing and perfect for the topic we were chatting about!!!

Today's topic my sound normal but it really was an unusual topic. We were talking about how to make bread before recording and Michele thought that is was a great metaphor for life. I think she was right but you will have to listen to see if you agree!

Today we talked about the joyfulness we experience when with children and them experiencing things for the first time. We also chatted about how open young children are to the unseen world and how we can support them. When was the last time you experience something with child like interest????

Today we talk about the Full Moon in Aries and it's about taking action. Well, first we talked about some items that we use to take care of ourselves. Then we chatted about taking some kind of action step. Being proactive instead of reactive!!!!

Today we had a great conversation about being comfortable in the energy we are in at the moment. There was no talk about how to shift it or what to do. We gave examples from our own lives and that sometime it is hard or uncomfortable to do.

Yes!!! Michelle completed the Mammoth March with hiking a total of 21.5 miles and 1900 ft of elevation!!! It feels weird talking about this on the podcast but Michele pointed out how we use this in our very day lives. Thank you to everyone that supports us!!!!!
