    2026/01/30

This is a special Friday Drop episode I’m calling “ALL THE GOOD STUFF.” 💛

Today I’m sharing straight from the heart—no teaching agenda, no polished plan—just the real stuff God has been doing behind the scenes.

In this episode, I’m talking about:

    • Hitting 1,000 podcast downloads (and why that number means more to me than you might think)

    • What it’s really been like taking 3 weeks off social media

    • My honest confession: I’ve been needing encouragement lately

    • How I prayed for encouragement… and how God answered that prayer in three undeniable ways in three days

From a Zoom call that filled my cup, to a quiet listener I didn’t even know existed, to an unexpected invitation to talk about Jesus on another podcast—this episode is all about God’s perfect timing and His kindness when we’re feeling tired, unseen, or unsure if our obedience is making a difference.

I’m also lightly teasing what’s coming next: ✨ A future coaching announcement ✨ A LIVE workshop happening in March ✨ And why my email list will be the first to know all the details

  • 19. From Childhood Abuse to Healing in Christ | Angie Lagemann’s Story of Redemption & Hope
    2026/01/28

Content Warning / Explicit Episode: This episode includes discussion of childhood abuse and sexual trauma. While details are shared with care and without graphic description, listener discretion is advised.

In this deeply moving and vulnerable conversation, Angie Lagemann shares her story of growing up in a home marked by confusion, abuse, and broken trust—and the long road that led her to true healing.

As a young child, Angie believed that once her stepfather returned from prison, life would finally get better. Instead, things became more painful and unsafe. When her home life continued to unravel, she held onto another hope: if she could find her biological father, surely he would rescue her. But that rescue never came.

What Angie ultimately discovered—through heartbreak, disappointment, and deep spiritual searching—was that no earthly parent could save her the way she needed. It was her Heavenly Father who saw her, protected her, and began the slow, sacred work of healing her heart.

This episode is not easy to listen to—but it is powerful, redemptive, and full of hope. Angie’s testimony is a reminder that God meets us in our darkest places, that trauma does not get the final word, and that healing is possible through Christ.

If you or someone you love has experienced childhood trauma or abuse, this conversation may feel heavy—but you are not alone, and your story is not over.

  • 17. Am I Idolizing Social Media? | 1 Week Update on No Facebook, No TikTok, No Instagram, and No Snapchat
    2026/01/16

What started as a simple break from social media turned into something way harder than I want to admit.

In this *FRIDAY BONUS* episode, I walk you through my honest, day-by-day experience of stepping away from social media and what it revealed about my habits, my attention, and my heart. From muscle memory scrolling, boredom, and missing “connection,” to realizing just how much time and mental space was being consumed—I share it all without pretending this was easy or instantly freeing.

Two verses kept coming up again and again during this break:

    • “Be sober-minded…” (1 Peter 5:8)

    • “God gave us a spirit of self-discipline…” (2 Timothy 1:7)

We talk about what it really means to be sober-minded in a world that constantly pulls at our focus, how discipline isn’t punishment but support, and why missing something doesn’t automatically mean it was good for us.

If you’ve ever wondered whether social media is helping you feel connected—or just keeping you distracted—this episode is for you.

  • 16. 5 Reasons Not To Worry And To Trust
    2026/01/14

5 Reasons to Stop Worrying and Trust God

If worrying were an Olympic sport, moms would be bringing home the gold 🥇 Bills. Kids. The future. That constant “what if…” running in the background of your mind.

In today’s solo episode, we’re diving straight into Matthew 6 where Jesus reminds us to look at the birds — God feeds them, clothes them, and cares for them… so why do we believe He would forget about us?

I’m sharing 5 biblical reasons to stop worrying and start trusting God, even when life feels heavy and uncertain. And let’s be clear — trusting God doesn’t mean being lazy or sitting back doing nothing. The birds still gather food… they just don’t panic while they do it 🕊️

In this episode, we talk about: ✨ Why worry doesn’t actually change anything ✨ How God already knows what you need ✨ What it really means to trust God and still work ✨ How seeking God first brings peace instead of pressure ✨ Remembering God’s faithfulness when fear tries to take over

If your mind has been spinning, your heart feels anxious, or you’ve been carrying more than you were meant to — this episode is for you.

  • 13. New Year, New You | 3 Ways to Reflect on 2025
    2025/12/31

New Year, New You? Or… Same You, Covered in Grace.

Before the resolutions, the goal-setting, and the pressure to reinvent yourself — let’s pause.

In this New Year’s Eve episode, we’re reflecting on 2025 with honesty, prayer, and grace. Together, we’ll walk through three intentional ways to look back before moving forward:

    • A comparison of who you were in December 2024 vs. December 2025 — physically, mentally, and emotionally • The hard, painful, or disappointing moments from 2025 • The good, the growth, and the accomplishments you might be tempted to overlook

This is not about judgment or fixing yourself — it’s about noticing where God carried you, where He met you in the hard, and where His faithfulness was present all along.

We’ll pray over the bad, thank God for the good, release shame, and invite Him to guide the year ahead — without the overwhelm of resolutions. You’ll also be encouraged to ask God what December 2026 could look like and to set goals rooted in Scripture, surrender, and conviction.

    📖 Featured Scripture: Proverbs 16:3, Philippians 1:6, Romans 8:1, Psalm 34:18
