    What happens when the work that helps heal you becomes the foundation for helping others?

    For our Back Yourself series, Dianne sits down with Rory Price from Imbas Breath.

    Rory is a stonemason, author, breathwork and meditation guide, healing practitioner and Soul Frequency Mapping reader. But the path into this work was shaped by a much deeper personal journey.

    Rory shares how childhood trauma shaped much of his early life and how how healing began when he started asking:

    Who am I without the trauma, the pain and the story?

    He talks about discovering breathwork, the impact of relationships that held up a mirror, and how Soul Frequency Mapping helped him reconnect with parts of himself he already knew were there.

    Rory also shares what happened when he began backing himself enough to move from experiencing this work personally to guiding others through it, and the powerful responses he now sees in his breathwork sessions.

    But perhaps one of Rory’s biggest Back Yourself lessons is much simpler.
