Firecracker Cocktail Recipe

2 large watermelon chunks - 1.5 ounces of light rum - .5 ounces triple sec - .5 ounces of lime juice - .5 ounces of simple syrup - 1/6 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

Instructions: Muddle/squish up the watermelon to extract the juice then add in the rum, lime juice, and simple syrup. Stir well before adding the cayenne. -- We mixed it all in a cocktail shaker to combine all the ingredients well. Also, you can adjust the amount of cayenne to your taste, but a little goes a long way. ;)

MOCKTAIL RECIPE

Substitute the rum for nonalcoholic rum, or skip it. Substitute the Triple sec for a splash of orange juice or lemon lime soda.

MOSCOW MULE RECIPE

2 ounces Vodka, 0.5 ounces Lime juice, 4 ounces Ginger beer (more to taste).

- Add ice to your glass then pour the vodka and lime juice. Add in the ginger beer and stir a little to mix. Garnish with a lime wedge. Enjoy!

MOCK-SCOW MULE RECIPE (mocktail)

Substitute the vodka for club soda or a nonalcoholic vodka. Everything else is the same. Enjoy!

Clairvoyant Recipe

1.5 ounces Sherry, 1.5 ounces Vermouth, 0.5 ounces Hazelnut liqueur (we used Amaretto), and a dash of orange bitters.

Instructions: Add it all to a glass with ice and stir then strain into a chilled glass. We also added a squeeze of orange juice.

Mocktail Recipe

Replace Sherry with apple juice. Replace Vermouth with sparkling white grape juice or nonalcoholic aperitif (Lyre's or Roots Divino Blanco). Replace hazelnut liqueur with hazelnut extract or almond extract.

Mix it up in the same way as the cocktail recipe and enjoy!
