Jonas comes from a background in podcasting and video creation, and now runs popular YouTube channels dedicated to Reiki healing, hypnosis, and mantra work.

We talk about the books, experiences, and inner shifts that first opened him to expanded states of consciousness — from reading I Am the Word to experiencing powerful energy activations that changed the course of his life.
