Have you ever dreamed about wanting to scream but not having a voice? That's exactly how mine used to feel...stuck. Until my hands started pulling my words to life. Words that finally gave my voice a reason to speak. So here I am, sharing a voice that was once lost. Through these personal reflections, I am letting my spoken-word poems, my readings, and the stories behind them fly. I’m just here, Spilling My Words To The Wind. Maybe they will blow away. Maybe they will land exactly where they are meant to.Ana Coppola アート

"It’s fiery. It’s tiring. It makes me forget..." 🌪️

A 50-second capsule of raw emotion. Today’s reading is heavy, painful and deeply personal. It’s about a question that follows so many of us through life, creating an invisible, never-ending threat. "Am I Enough" expresses the exhausting voice in our heads that refuses to acknowledge how hard we are trying, how much we have grown, or the debts we’ve already paid. This poem is a plea to drop the pressure, the punishment, and remind you that… You are enough.

Welcome to Spilling My Words to The Wind: a safe space for healing, starting over, and finding our voices together. Hit follow to support this new creative journey, and let these words land where they are meant to.
