概要
 Sam Harrington is an Arkansas native who grew up heavily involved in the arts and athletics. Her deep love of movement, the body, breath, and energetics began at a young age during her theatre training; she attributes that all of her teachers during her theatre and dance experience helped pave the way to finding yoga. Her passion is creating ways for all people to connect to their most authentic selves through the art and science of yoga, and to make yoga accessible for everyone, particularly those who feel that they “don’t fit the yoga mold”, are in pain, or are struggling with mental and emotional health. She is a yoga therapist in training, the co-owner of Sixth House Studio, the director of Yoga in the Rock, and is the yoga teacher for The BridgeWay Behavioral & Mental Health Facility.
