Mandie Woodard is an intuitive life coach and Reiki Master, and she knew things before she had proof she was allowed to know them. For years she doubted it anyway, questioned it, hid it, second-guessed whether she was really intuitive or just anxious and making things up.

This episode gets into her work, what a Reiki session actually looks like, how she reads energy and clears what's stuck.
