Yes, today's episode is about fasting, but it's not what you think. We're not talking about deprivation or some wild juice cleanse. We're talking about fasting as a way to get glowing skin, lower inflammation, and totally reset your body for the New Year.

Now, even if you're not ready to jump into fasting right this second, that's totally okay. Think of this as your prep episode. I almost waited to release this closer to January, but then I realized — if you want to start strong January 1st, you've got to plan now.
You need time to research, order your Prolon kit, and mentally prep so you're ready when the holidays wind down.

I personally started my fast right after Thanksgiving — and it was the best timing ever. After all that rich food, pie, and the general holiday chaos, my body was like, "Okay Lindsey, we need a reset." I felt bloated, sluggish, and my skin was just dull. So instead of waiting until January, I thought — why not clean up now and head into the holidays already feeling light and glowing?

And that's exactly what happened.
