  • Once You See It, You Can’t Unsee It
    2026/06/17

In this episode, I’m reflecting on how awareness changes what feels normal. Once you see something, you can't unsee it.

The way healing can make us less willing to tolerate things we once brushed aside. The way growth quietly shifts our standards, boundaries, and relationship with ourselves.

We talk about family, work, self-worth, and the stories that keep us believing we have less choice than we do.

Because sometimes growth isn’t about becoming a different person.

It’s about becoming unwilling to abandon yourself in the ways you once did.

  • Why Are We Afraid to Say What We Really Feel?
    2026/05/21

I’ve been thinking about how disconnected we become when we stop expressing ourselves fully & honestly.

The conversations that I've had recently with with some of my ex's have made me realize that we might be be keeping TOO much to ourselves — and saying the thing out loud has the potential to change everything.

In this episode, we talk emotional suppression, reading between the lines, modern communication, vulnerability, and why speaking your truth feels so freeing — even when it doesn’t go the way you hoped.

  • Sitting in the Space Between
    2026/05/13

Lately, I’ve been feeling like I’m somewhere in between — between an old chapter and a new one.

I don’t want the things I’ve moved on from, but I don’t have anything new to step into yet either. Everything just feels a little off — like I’m sitting still while time keeps moving forward.

In this episode, I talk through that space — and the strange feeling of being grounded in what I do know, but still unsure of what comes next.

  • I Think I’ve Been Doing Dating Wrong
    2026/05/06

I'm realizing that the way I’ve been approaching dating might not actually be working..

The more I care, the less it seems to work — and the only time things feel easy is when I’m not really prioritizing it.

In this episode, I talk through the pattern and what it’s making me rethink about how I approach dating.

  • Dating Doesn’t Feel Like It Used To
    2026/04/29

Lately, I’ve been feeling like dating just doesn’t work the way it used to.

It’s not about doing something wrong or being too picky… things just don’t seem to work the same anymore. Something about it feels off — inconsistent, unclear and harder to navigate.

In this episode, I talk through what dating actually feels like right now — from the lack of real effort to the confusion that comes with mixed signals — and why I don’t think we’re really acknowledging how much it’s changed.

  • Can Dating Feel Easier?
    2026/04/15

Sometimes it feels like we're not connecting or meeting each other fully in dating — even when we’re trying.

In this episode, I get into some of the things I’ve been noticing on dates — what I can't get past, what I think are red flags and what feels like the bare minimum.

I also share what I’m looking for — the things that feel simple, but for some reason have been hard to find.

And of course, a few stories.

It's a little bit of a vent — but probably a relatable one.

  • My Birthday, Honestly
    2026/04/08

This birthday felt like a special one. Not because it was a milestone — but because it was different.

Not bad, not perfect.. just not what I expected.

In this episode, I talk through what that brought up for me — the expectations, the chaos, the disappointments and the reflections that followed.

Less about the day itself, more about what it revealed.. and what I’m taking with me into this next year.

  • I Heard It Three Times Before I Believed It
    2026/03/25

Lately, I’ve been trying to pay closer attention to what’s showing up in my life.

I had three completely different interactions this week — a tarot reader, a homeless woman and my hairdresser — and somehow they all had a similar message to share.

At a certain point, it stops feeling random.

Either way, I want to bring you along for the journey… it usually turns into a good story.
