Sorry I've been busy onsite this week. Recorded on Friday, so hopefully you can still grab it.

Please share, please contribute to our podcast.

Thankyou Ryan

A new name for the work I’ve been doing all along 🏠🛠️
After 26 years in property and construction, I’m moving on from the Weston Timber Ltd name and introducing Maxibrite Property Maintenance Ltd.
Timber and joinery are part of my skill set, but the name Weston Timber never showed the full picture. My work covers property maintenance, renovations, carpentry and joinery, construction and new builds across South Wales.
I’ve had the opportunity to work on projects for major housebuilders and councils, and I’m proud of the experience I bring to every job. This new name better reflects the work I do and where I’m taking the business.
Thank you to everyone who has followed, supported or worked with me so far. I’m looking forward to sharing more of the projects behind Maxibrite Property Maintenance Ltd.
For enquiries, call 01443 586800.

I’m Ryan, a carpenter and joiner, gas safe engineer based in South Wales with 26 years of experience in property and construction.

On this channel, I share the real work behind property maintenance, renovations, carpentry, construction and new builds — the challenges, the decisions and the finished result. I’ve worked on projects for major housebuilders and councils, and I’m still learning and expanding what I do.

This channel was formerly called Weston Timber Ltd. The name has changed because my work has always been about much more than timber. If you enjoy seeing how property projects really come together, you’re in the right place.

My business is Maxibrite Property Maintenance Ltd.

This week in construction 🚧 21-25 of september.

Online safety isn't about frightening children away from technology. It's about helping them enjoy the online world while understanding how to protect their privacy, their images and themselves.

Gas Safety Week
This week is Gas Safety Week, an important reminder for all of us to make sure the gas appliances in our homes are safe and working properly.

That's Episode 2 of Site Talk.
If you're working in construction anywhere in the UK, I want this podcast to eventually become your podcast as much as mine.
So send your stories in.
Tell me what's happening on your site.
Tell me who's hiring.
Tell me who's laying people off.
Tell me what's getting cancelled.
Tell me what's starting.
And tell me about the things happening on construction sites that nobody outside the industry ever hears about.
And if there's something you think we should investigate or talk about next week, send that in as well.
Follow Site Talk, share the episode with someone on site, and let's get more people involved.
I'll be back next week with another look at what's really happening across UK construction.
Until then —
Work safe.
Look after your tools.
Look after your mates.
And I'll see you on the next Site Talk.
