Spring has sprung… which means love is in the air, allergies are undefeated, and your dating life is either thriving or in witness protection. This week, the guys break down some very scientific (definitely not made up) dating & relationship stats that will either make you feel better… or significantly worse.

We keep the “68” theme rolling with famous 68s and take a wild ride through headlines from 1868 and 1968—because nothing pairs better with modern dating than 150-year-old news.

It's also a big day on the calendar: National Peach Cobbler Day AND Scrabble Day. One is delicious… the other ruins friendships over whether “QAT” is a real word.

Xavi is BACK with a fresh annoyance, this time diving into restaurant workplace drama—because nothing says chaos like a kitchen, a bad manager, and someone calling in “sick” for the third Friday in a row.

In sports, we cover everything: The Masters, Cardinals baseball, the Blues' unfortunate exit, and the March Madness title game—where brackets go to die and everyone suddenly becomes a college basketball expert.

Then it's time for a heated Mt. Rushmore: Things That Start With the Letter “M”. Expect passion, controversy, and at least one pick that makes absolutely no sense.

We wrap it up with Xavi hitting us with a “Would You Rather” that will divide the room and possibly end friendships.

Tune in, laugh a little, and remember: whether it's relationships, sports, or Scrabble… we're probably overthinking it.

This week, we kick things off by airing our grievances about the absolute WORST driving habits. Turn signals? Optional. Speed limits? A suggestion. We also run through a survey of what annoys drivers the most… and let's just say, if you're a left-lane camper, this might be a tough listen.

Since it's Episode 67, you know we had to do it—shouting out some famous 67s and diving into headlines from 1867 and 1967. From historic moments to “wait… THAT happened??” stories, we've got a little bit of everything.

We also celebrate some very important national days for April 6th, including Siamese Cat Day (meow) and Robert Day (finally, a day for Rob to shine).

Xavi jumps in to recap what can only be described as a chaotic week—because of course he does—before we check in on the sports world. We cover the latest headlines, including Tiger Woods popping back into the news yet again, because apparently he never really leaves it.

Then it's time for our Mt. Rushmore segment, where we attempt the impossible: building the definitive Mount Rushmore of singers/vocalists. Arguments were made. Voices were raised. Feelings may have been hurt.

To close things out, Xavi brings us an all-time “AITAH” from Reddit that will have you questioning humanity (and possibly your own morals).

Thanks for listening—see ya next episode ️

    ️ Sit, Talk, and Listen – Episode 66 (March 30th, 2026)

We've got a full house this week as Brendan joins the chaos, and things get off to a HOT start with Rob vs. the grocery store… a battle featuring unnecessary commentary, mild attitude, and at least one innocent bystander.

From there, we celebrate National Days like Doctor's Day and Take a Walk in the Park Day—because nothing says podcast energy like appreciating healthcare professionals and… going outside.

We roll into athletes who wore #66, where legends are honored and a few names definitely had us double-checking Google. Then it's history time—1866 vs. 1966—including a deep dive into Route 66 and somehow… highways as a whole. Riveting stuff, honestly.

Next up, we build the perfect fast food meal, which quickly turns into strong opinions, questionable combos, and at least one order that should be investigated.

Sports update covers baseball being BACK (finally) and the madness of the NCAA Tournament—because brackets everywhere are already in shambles.

Then we take a trip to the Gateway Arch… via 1-star reviews, where tourists expected life-changing experiences and instead got mad at a large piece of metal.

Mount Rushmore this week: Rappers/Hip-Hop Artists—a list that definitely won't cause any debates… (it absolutely will).

And we wrap it up with Xavi diving into another AITAH, reminding us once again that people are… unbelievable.

Tune in for laughs, debates, and a grocery store story that probably didn't need to be that dramatic—but we're glad it was.
