ADHD... honestly, mental health in general in the "Christian" community further isolates people who struggle mentally from a real understanding of themselves and who God has created them to be. As someone who struggles with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) on a daily basis, I understand the mental toll it takes to live a life with the lie that you won't ever be "good enough."

It's a taboo subject because people don't talk about ADHD in a way that's effective, yet relatable. Allow me to break the ice for you and to help you navigate my vulnerable thoughts on this struggle that is very much real.

Ava and I, both being involved in our college campus in many ways, including Greek life, have had to learn how to find purpose in everyday life. The Enemy LOVES to attack, especially with what you’re tempted with. But Jesus has ALREADY won and we can LIVE in FREEDOM! Freedom in the eyes of Jesus is different than the freedom in the eyes of the world, but it’s so much better.

Ava and I's friendship has bloomed tremendously over the past months, in ways that God has been working silently behind the scenes for years. Christ-centered friendships are crucial as a follower of Jesus.

I'M BACK! Both with the podcast, as well as in the United States! I spent the last 4 months studying abroad in England, with trips on the weekends around Europe. I knew I would grow, but I had no idea that the Lord would teach me in ways I had no idea. I feel as if I am a new person, although I am my same, normal self. Adjusting back to the USA has been one of the hardest transition periods, and my thoughts on this podcast are real, raw, and vulnerable. Spiritual warfare has been far worse than it has been for a while. It's a bittersweet adjustment, so I am here to talk y'all through this process!
