What if spirituality didn’t have to be another thing on your to-do list?
You don’t need to meditate for 40 minutes, create the perfect morning ritual, build a full moon altar, or escape to a retreat to feel more connected to yourself and your intuition.
This week, we’re welcoming back one of our soul sisters and trusted Seeking Center guides, Lizzi Cutler, for a conversation about making spirituality EASY, practical and part of your actual everyday life.
Lizzi is a transformational coach and intuitive energy healing practitioner who helps people clear old beliefs, emotional blocks and stuck energy so they can move forward with more clarity, confidence and purpose. She also works with business leaders, bringing her intuitive abilities into spaces where you might not expect them, and helping people see what may not be obvious on paper.
We’re talking about how to create small spiritual “micro-moments” throughout your day—while you’re working, parenting, driving, making decisions, dealing with difficult people…or completely losing your sh*t.
Because those little moments matter.
Lizzi shares how simply acknowledging an intuitive nudge, checking in with your energy or taking control of your breath can begin to change how you move through your day. Her own phone even reminds her every afternoon: “Feel good now.” Not because everything has to feel good—but because we can pause and ask ourselves whether there’s a tiny shift available to us in that moment.
We also get into what happens when life DOESN’T feel good.
Lizzi opens up about grief, insecurity, feeling powerless and those moments when we get sucked into our own stories. Instead of judging or immediately trying to escape those feelings, what if we allowed ourselves to experience the full spectrum of being human?
Sometimes the pain is there because there has been so much love.
Plus, we talk about bringing intuition and spirituality into the workplace, why so many people still feel like they have to hide this part of themselves professionally—and what could change if intuition became another valuable tool we brought to the table.
This conversation is your reminder that spirituality doesn’t have to be complicated. Start small. Pay attention. Take a breath. Say thank you. Notice the sign. The magic may already be happening right in the middle of your everyday life.
