Apparently, being able to talk to your partner about anything isn’t normal. Who knew?

After being told that our relationship isn’t “normal” because we communicate openly about pretty much everything, we started wondering… what exactly are we calling normal?

In this episode, we talk about how couples are told they shouldn’t say, shouldn’t ask, or just aren’t “allowed” to talk about certain things—and how, over time, those boundaries can start to feel completely normal.

But just because something has been normalized doesn’t necessarily mean it’s healthy.
