The historic Shinsekai Kokusai Gekijo is closing down! This repulsive grub hub of pink films and men skulking about for love has been a staple of Shinsekai for the last 75 years. Guy and Dave head there to pay their respects and watch LOOK INTO ME aka WIDOW'S PERVERTED HELL (1991), a usually impossible-to-see Hisayasu Sato film. This one needs an extra content warning because it is disgusting. Sorry.

In Season 2 of Show Me Something Wrong, we're focusing on rip offs, unofficial sequels, and wrong adaptations!

To wrap up this season of the pod, Dave shows Guy MIZERY from 2023, directed by Daddy Love. This gender-swapped version of Stephen King classic MISERY is a true Tubi trip to hell, replete with a complete lack of foley, incomprehensible plotting, and fumbled lines left in the edit. Dave tries to make sense of who Daddy Love is, and we discover that this not only rips off just one film, but also M. Night Shyamalan's SPLIT. What a dumb way to finish off a very dumb season.
