American transplant to the UK Spring wants to get filled in on the British culture she missed back when she was a child watching "Little House on the Prairie" in the rural Midwest. Mancunian Kathryn grew up watching "Coronation Street" and is curious to see what about Eastenders appealed to "Southern softies".
