Should Christians use artificial intelligence? And when does a useful tool become something we're relying on too much?
In this episode of Faith is a Journey, we have an honest conversation about AI, Christianity, and where believers should draw the line.
We talk about using AI for work, research, Bible study, and even questions about dreams. But that leads us to a much bigger question:
Are we beginning to ask AI questions we should be bringing to God?
AI can provide an answer almost instantly. But a confident answer isn't necessarily a true answer, and it certainly isn't automatically a biblically sound one. That's why we believe AI can be a useful tool without becoming our authority.
We also talk about prayer, Scripture, discernment, distractions, our desire for instant answers, and the importance of slowing down enough to seek God rather than expecting technology to answer every question we have.
AI can be a tool. But it should never become our God, our Bible, or our spiritual authority.
As always, this is simply our personal conversation and understanding. We encourage you to open the Bible, study Scripture for yourself, pray, and come to your own conclusions.

Question for you: Do you use AI? Where do you think Christians should draw the line?
