In todays episode, we dive...into the deep ocean and explore mermaids. Spanning from old texts to disney princess Ariel. What are these creatures? Is there a true semblance to humans? We have witness accounts going way back to Pliny, up to more current years of groups of people witnessing someone who seems to resemble a mermaid. So join us, as the Veils Shift once more to let us into your home and speak more of the strange, the spooky and the mysterious...

In todays episode, we look into some music and movies and dive into the depths of what they expressed about culture, life events, and world events that impacted some or in some cases many. Back when these things were released not everyone knew about the origin and lore behind it, but today, we indulge you with the backgrounds of these impactful pieces of art. So as you pass through the Shifting Veils, don't take everything for face value or fantastic bass line, and remember, there are things that lie just under perception

In our final part of our mini series, we visit something with no origin we can pinpoint, no attached figure or thing. Something that haunts every person who enters but not quite in the way you think. Keep an eye over your shoulder, glance behind you, what was that just up ahead? Could it have been, The Watcher?

In part 5, we explore one of the, in Isaiah's opinion, worst sounds you can hear within a deep dark tunnel made with bones...crying children. Make sure to use the buddy system in the tunnels that exude eeriness the further in you go when as you hear sounds that don't belong.

A listener’s night in the foothills of The Appalachians turns into a confrontation with the past, one filled with riders, war cries, and a presence that followed him through the fog... closing with an addendum about the Cherokee people who lived, fought, and were displaced across this region.

In part 4 of our mini series of the Catacombs, we go ever deeper into the tunnels. Today we see. or rather hear voices that may or may not be there. Sounds familiar I know, however we enter into a room where voices aren't quite what they seem...or perhaps they are. Keep your lantern lit, make it brighter, try and spot where the voices are coming from.

In our third part of our mini series, we follow the footsteps of a man who became one of the catacombs oldest hauntings. A man who delved into the unformed, boneless tunnels of the catacombs long ago, and who still walks the old paths to this day. Grab your lantern, and use your curiosity safely.

Now that we know the reason for the catacombs themselves, we will take steps into the spookiness of them. If you are old enough, you will remember news channels showing short clips and footage of this story we are covering. There are alot of people who enter the catacombs to explore, even the restricted areas. But today we cover footage that was found, of an explorer that went into the catacombs and disappeared. Never to be seen again. So take a step further into these dark catacombs, and see that sometimes, the darkness just swallows us whole.
