After God delivered Israel from seven years of Midianite oppression, the people began shifting their trust from God to Gideon. What started as gratitude slowly became misplaced devotion, revealing how easy it is to lose sight of the One who deserves the glory.

In this message, we explore the danger of compromise, the temptation to place our faith in people instead of God, and the importance of keeping Christ at the center of our lives.

Victory is a blessing, but it must be stewarded well. When we forget who brought us through the battle, we risk rebuilding the very things God delivered us from.
